Educational Leadership and Management PGDipは、教育界でのリーダーやマネージャーを目指すため、コアプログラムです。すべてのレベルの指導者がリーダーシップとマネジメントの理解と実践を向上させることに関心があるリーダーに適合し、設計されています。

このプログラムでは、教育研究における考察、読解、記述、研究スキル、研究デザイン、文献検索、倫理などのスキルを身につけるができます。リーダーシップとマネジメントスキルを強化する同時に、指導者の理論とアイデアが職場に活用できるように目指しています。その上、組織に対する理解を深め発展し、広めて深めることができます。このプログラムを通じて操作や変化も管理できる環境を作り、自分自身、同僚、組織の発展を促進します。

プログラムの方向方向性から見ると、学校の中間・上級管理リーダーに適合し、義務教育終了後の教育機関にも重要な学習です。もちろん、これらのマネージャーやリーダーに助言を与える地方自治体、教育コンサルタント、政策アドバイザーにも良い学習機会になります。

【重要なお知らせ】 2021年より、教育スクールのすべての大学院ティーチングプログラム（Postgraduate Certificate、Postgraduate Diploma、MA）は、オンライン配信が2つ、対面が2つという形に変更されました。

入学要件

Second class honours degree
関連セカンドクラスの優等学位（または国際的に認められている同等の学位）を取得していること。

• 一部のモジュールでは、関連する経験が必要な場合があります。
• イギリス以外の学位は、上記の基準で評価されます。
• 申請者が認められている大学を卒業したということが前提です。
• その他の同等資格をお持ちの場合、ケース・バイ・ケースで検討します。目論見書やウェブサイトに記載されている応募条件について、異なる場合があります。

87　スピーキング20以上、その他19以上

PTE (Academic)

MUET
Band 4

IELTS、TOEFL、PTE（Academicアカデミックのみ）は、2年以内に結果を発表したものが有効です。
MUETは、結果発表の日から5年間有効です。

プログラムの内容

コースの構成

120単位相当のモジュールと関連課題を履修する予定です。対面授業期間が完了後、チュートリアル、個人やグループでの学習が提供され、電子メール、電話、ビデオ会議などの情報交流も可能です。

各モジュールのコンタクトタイムは30時間です。その上、270時間の自習、課題の準備、チュートリアルサポートを受けることがあります。モジュールの課題は、スキルとクリティカルを段階的に高めるように構成されています。各30単位相当のモジュールは、5,000～6,000ワードの課題で評価されます。
